What products do you offer?
We specialize in performance-ready utility kits—like our Practice Companion Kit—plus a curated selection of accessories designed for color guard, sports, dance, and other active pursuits.
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our catalog, select the item(s) you want, choose your quantity, and click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, go to your cart and follow the checkout steps to enter shipping and payment information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can monitor its progress.
How long will it for my item(s) to ship?
1-2 Business Days. If you need your items sooner, please feel free to reach out to our sales team at sales@essentiax.shop and we will see what we can do.
What is your return policy?
Eligibility Window:
Items must be shipped back to us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. Returns initiated after this period will not be accepted.
Condition Requirement:
All returns must be completely unopened, in the original packaging, with all seals, tags, and inserts intact.
Return Authorization:
Before shipping, you must email our Sales Team at sales@essentiax.shop to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Include your order number, item name, and reason for return.
- Returns sent without an RA number will be refused.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable carrier to ensure your package arrives safely.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your unopened return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items:
Any item that has been opened, used, or damaged will be ineligible for return and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it at sales@essentiax.shop. After that window, we may already be processing your shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email sales@essentiax.shop with your order number and photos (if damaged). We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
